A credit card is required to make a reservation at our hotel. We reserve the right to pre-authorize the credit card.

We accept major bank cards. Maestro, Vpay, VISA and Mastercard payments.

You can pay at our hotel using cash. We do not however accept cash payments for room reservations.

If a payment or pre-authorization is made by a third party when making a reservation and/or the name of the credit card holder differs from the name of the booker and/or guests, the hotel will likely require a scanned copy of the guest's ID ask the cardholder as well as a signed authorization letter from the cardholder with his/her agreement to use the credit card for the reservation.

If a third party wants to transfer the reservation via bank transfer or pay on arrival, that's absolutely fine.

Tourist tax is a municipal tax for paid accommodation in Zandvoort. The Zandvoort city council requires every tourist to pay EUR 3.50 per person, per night tourist tax for accommodation in order to improve the city and its facilities. Taxes are levied in Zandvoort, as in many other municipalities in the Netherlands.

You are always welcome to store your luggage. We cannot guarantee that your room will be ready before 3pm.

We offer parking spaces in our private car park. This is located 350 meters from our hotel and costs €25 per day.

Yes! We love dogs. We allow dogs in our hotel, only 2 dogs per room. We charge a surcharge of €25 per dog per night including a small gift. Unfortunately, we cannot accept dogs in our Small Double Rooms. You can view our dog policy here.

You know best what your dog likes to sleep on. For that reason, we, unfortunately, do not have dog beds. You can borrow a water bowl from us.

Our hostess is present from 08:00 to 22:00, after which we have our night hostess, who is always available by phone or on call.

Hofje Van Maas is 100% non-smoking. You can smoke outside or on your private balcony. Smoking inside the hotel will incur a fine of 250 euros.

Yes, you can order our 'Hofje' breakfast 1 day in advance. This is ready in the morning from 08:30 and you can take it to the room.

We understand if you want to bring your own refreshments for the room. We ask that you leave the room with respect for our cleaning team. Cooking is not possible. A large dumpster is located next to the hotel.

Of course! Rent our cool 'Paradis' bike for 15 euros per day and explore Zandvoort and its surroundings by bike! Visit the reception to reserve your bicycles.

The beach is approximately 350 meters from our hotel.

On the beach there are all kinds of (water) sports such as; surfing, paddle boarding, boxing lessons, yoga. Our hostess can tell you more about this!

Check-out is until 10:30 am. We do offer a late check-out until 13:30 for 29.50 euros.

No problem. You can store your luggage in our luggage storage until 20:00.

Early departure is absolutely possible! Cancellation conditions apply.

The flexible rate, can be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival. In case of late cancellations or no-shows, 100% of the stay will be charged. The amount will be debited in advance for the total stay.

For our non-refundable rate, 100% of the accommodation costs are debited on the day of booking. Should there be a cancellation or no-show, there will be no refund. The amount will be debited in advance for the total stay.
