Planning a stay often comes with questions — so we’ve gathered the answers to the ones we hear most often.

Reservations
You can always call or email us. Cancelling or changing online is also very easy (provided you have a reservation via Booking.com).
Payments
A credit card is required to make a reservation at our hotel. We reserve the right to pre-authorize the credit card.
Arrival
Personal check-in (14:00 – 22:00 o’clock) at the reception. Dutch, English and German speaking personnel. Any questions during your stay? There is always someone at your service at the reception.
During your stay
Yes! We love dogs. We allow dogs in our hotel, only 2 dogs per room. We charge a surcharge of €25 per dog per night including a small gift. Unfortunately, we cannot accept dogs in our Small Double Rooms. You can view our dog policy here.
Departure
Check-out is until 10:30 am. We do offer a late check-out until 13:30 for 29.50 euros.
Rates
The flexible rate, can be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival. In case of late cancellations or no-shows, 100% of the stay will be charged. The amount will be debited in advance for the total stay.
